La Gloria Cubana Artesanos Retro Especiales cigars spent eight years in the making. Team La Gloria set out to break the mold by cross-breeding a Connecticut seed, then grown in Honduras. Despite the wrapper's golden appearance, the blend is brash in its full flavor, engaging the entire palate. The double binder of bold Nicaraguan and Mexican leaf is further enhanced not only by Nicaraguan and Dominican ligero but also through an additional peppering of proprietary Nicaraguan and Dominican leaf.
